At Poppy Playtime Official Merch, we want you to love your gear as much as Huggy Wuggy loves hugs; if your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel and accessories are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or a note with your order details inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
